Prices exclude VAT. Saudi customers are invoiced with 15% VAT. Elsewhere, VAT is added where applicable — 5% in the UAE and Oman, 10% in Bahrain, and Qatar currently levies no VAT. Indian customers are invoiced with 18% GST. Riyal and dollar prices are exact equivalents at the fixed 3.75 SAR peg.

Web hosting questions
Can I host more than one website on a plan?
No. Every shared plan hosts one website — the tiers differ by storage, bandwidth and mailboxes, not by site count. Subdomains are included and scale with the plan. If you need several separate sites under one bill, a VPS with a control panel is the cheaper answer, and we will size it with you.
How much bandwidth do I get?
It is metered, and it scales with the plan — from 5 GB a month on Basic-1GB up to 500 GB on Basic-500GB. We would rather show you the number than advertise 'unlimited' and then write to you about fair use. If you are close to your ceiling we will tell you before it becomes a problem.
Which region should I choose?
The one your visitors are in. For a UAE or pan-GCC audience, Dubai. For a Saudi audience or a Saudi data-residency requirement, Riyadh or Jeddah. For India, Chennai. If you are unsure, tell us where your customers are and we will pick.
Do you support Node.js, Python or Ruby?
Shared hosting is tuned for PHP and MySQL workloads. For Node, Python, Ruby or anything needing a long-running process, take a VPS — you get full root access.
Are backups included?
The platform takes regular server-level backups for disaster recovery, and restores can be requested through support. Those are our backups, not yours: we strongly recommend you keep your own independent copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Can I upgrade later without downtime?
Yes. Moving between shared plans is a billing change with no migration. Moving to a VPS does involve a migration, which we perform free of charge and schedule outside your busy hours.
