HostFasts is the hosting brand of SmartShield Cyber Security Company — a security practice that decided hosting should be held to the same standard as the audits we run.
Who we are
A security company that hosts websites.
SmartShield Cyber Security Company works in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and AI. We spent years auditing other people's servers and kept finding the same things: outdated PHP, no web application firewall, expired certificates, and a support desk nobody could reach.
HostFasts is our answer, built for the Gulf. Regional infrastructure in Dubai, Riyadh and Bahrain — plus Chennai for our India customers — hardened the way we would harden a client environment, sold at a fair price, and supported by people who can read a log file.
- Honest about what we areWe are an authorised reseller. Datacentre facilities and network belong to our upstream infrastructure partners. Provisioning, hardening, billing and support are ours. We would rather tell you that than have you find out.
- Security is the default settingImunify360, ModSecurity, DDoS filtering and malware scanning are configured before you receive your credentials — not sold as an add-on later.
- Data residency taken seriouslyIf your contract says the data stays in Saudi Arabia or the UAE, we will place it there and confirm it in writing, rather than waving at a vague 'Middle East' region.
- Prices that do not jumpThe rate you sign up on is the rate you renew on, unless we tell you otherwise in writing beforehand.
- Reachable supportEnglish and Arabic, on phone and WhatsApp as well as email, on the Gulf working week.
