Where exactly are the servers?
In region: Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Egypt, plus Chennai for India. VPS is additionally available from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, India and Singapore at a lower price, for workloads where locality does not matter. You choose the country at order, and if a contract or regulator requires your data to stay in a named country we confirm the placement in writing.
Is HostFasts a reseller?
Yes, and we say so plainly. HostFasts is a brand of SmartShield Cyber Security Company. Datacentre facilities, network and hardware are operated by our upstream infrastructure partners; we handle provisioning, configuration, hardening, billing and first-line support. You deal with us, not with them.
Do I pay VAT?
Saudi customers are invoiced with 15% VAT. Elsewhere the local rate applies — 5% in the UAE and Oman, 10% in Bahrain, nil in Qatar, and 18% GST in India. Every price on this site is shown exclusive of tax so you can see the net figure clearly.
Can I pay in riyals?
Yes — riyals are the default. Every price table also shows US dollars, and the two are exact equivalents because the riyal is pegged at 3.75 to the dollar. Indian customers can switch any pricing table to rupees with the same toggle.
What does the 60-day money-back guarantee cover?
Shared, WordPress and reseller hosting fees. It does not cover domain registrations, SSL certificates or work already delivered, because those costs cannot be reversed once incurred. The full terms are on our refund policy page.
Will you migrate my existing site?
Yes, at no charge, on every hosting plan. Give us cPanel or DirectAdmin credentials, or a full backup archive, and we do the rest. We test before we cut DNS over, so there is no window where your site is down.
What happens at renewal?
You renew at the same rate you signed up on, unless we notify you in writing before the renewal date. We do not use promotional first-year pricing that jumps later.
