How it is priced
Quoted to your client book
Reseller capacity is built on one of our VPS tiers with a control panel licence on top, so the price follows the size of server you actually need rather than a fixed package. Tell us how many client sites you carry today and where they need to sit, and we will quote it in writing.
A typical starting point is an in-region VPS from SAR 401.25/month, or a global one from SAR 183.75/month, plus your choice of cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk or CyberPanel licence. Prices exclude VAT. Saudi customers are invoiced with 15% VAT. Elsewhere, VAT is added where applicable — 5% in the UAE and Oman, 10% in Bahrain, and Qatar currently levies no VAT. Indian customers are invoiced with 18% GST. Riyal and dollar prices are exact equivalents at the fixed 3.75 SAR peg.

Reseller questions
Is billing software included?
Billing software such as WHMCS or Blesta is not bundled in the plan price. Most resellers already have a preference. Tell us what you want to run and we will quote the licence alongside your plan.
Can I set my own prices?
Entirely. You buy a quota from us at the rate above and price your own packages however you like. We never contact your clients.
Do I need to be VAT registered to resell?
That depends on your own turnover and the country you trade in, and it is a question for your accountant rather than for us. What we can tell you is that our invoices to you show tax separately, so your input position is clean.
What control panel do resellers get?
DirectAdmin reseller-level access on the plans listed here, with per-account cPanel-style management for your clients. If you specifically need WHM/cPanel at reseller level, ask us and we will quote it.
Who supports my clients?
You do, for anything at the website level — that is the relationship you are selling. We handle everything at the server and network level, and you can escalate to us 24x7.
Bringing existing clients with you?
Send us the account list. We will migrate them free, out of hours, and confirm each one is serving correctly before DNS moves.
