1. The money-back guarantee

If you are a new customer and the service is not right for you, tell us within the window above and we will refund the hosting fee you paid for that service. You do not need to justify the decision. The window runs from your first payment for that service, applies once per customer per service type, and covers the hosting fee only.

2. What is excluded, and why

  • Domain names. When we register or renew a domain, the registry takes its fee immediately and does not return it. No registrar anywhere can refund this. If you cancel hosting within the guarantee period and your plan included a free domain, the domain remains yours — but its cost (the standard registration rate for that extension) is deducted from the refund.
  • Restricted-registry documentation fees. Where we have incurred cost handling a .sa, .qa, .om or .bh application on your behalf, that work is not recoverable once submitted.
  • Issued SSL certificates. Certificate authorities do not reverse issuance. If you cancel before we submit the request, there is nothing to refund and no charge stands.
  • Dedicated servers. The hardware is allocated to you alone and taken out of the available pool, so these are sold on a monthly commitment without a money-back window.
  • Work already delivered. Migrations, custom configuration and consultancy consume our time at the point of delivery.
  • Third-party licences. cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, CloudLinux and similar are billed through to us by the vendor and cannot be returned mid-term.
  • VAT and GST. Tax already remitted is handled per the applicable tax rules; where a refund is due, the tax component is credited in accordance with those rules.

3. Accounts terminated for breach

No refund is available where we terminate an account for breach of the Terms of Service — for example phishing, malware distribution, spam, or hosting unlawful content.

4. Renewals

The money-back guarantee applies to your first payment for a service, not to renewals. We send renewal reminders in advance so you have time to cancel if you do not want to continue. If a renewal is charged in error, or you were not reminded, contact us — we will deal with it fairly.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email info@hostfasts.com from the address registered on the account, with your invoice number and the service concerned.
  2. We will acknowledge within one working day and confirm the refundable amount and any deductions.
  3. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank may take a few days more to post it, and cross-border card refunds sometimes take a full billing cycle to appear.

6. If you disagree with the outcome

Reply to the same email thread and ask for it to be escalated, or call +966 55 114 5016. We would much rather resolve a disagreement directly than have you dispute the charge with your bank.
