Prices exclude VAT. Saudi customers are invoiced with 15% VAT. Elsewhere, VAT is added where applicable — 5% in the UAE and Oman, 10% in Bahrain, and Qatar currently levies no VAT. Indian customers are invoiced with 18% GST. Riyal and dollar prices are exact equivalents at the fixed 3.75 SAR peg.

Email questions
Can I keep my existing email address?
Yes, as long as you control the domain. We migrate the mailboxes across, keeping folder structure and history, then switch the MX records once everything has copied.
How does this compare to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Both are priced per user and include a productivity suite. Our email hosting is priced per plan and is mail only — which works out considerably cheaper once you have more than a handful of mailboxes and do not need the documents and video side. We can supply Google Workspace too if you prefer it; just ask.
Does Arabic content work correctly?
Yes. Mailboxes are UTF-8 throughout, so Arabic subject lines, body text and display names behave properly in every modern mail client and in webmail.
What is the money-back window on email?
Fourteen days on email hosting, rather than the 60 days that applies to shared and reseller hosting. The details are in our refund policy.
Is there a mailbox size limit?
Storage is pooled across the plan rather than capped per mailbox, so you can give a few heavy users more room without buying the same quota for everyone.
